Who cares what Paulie Malignaggi thinks? He got knocked out by Ricky Hatton, the same fighter who couldnt survive two rounds with Manny. Pacquiao may not be as big as Cotto, but he can match his power believe me. Its not just pac's speed... he shifts his weight perfectly into his punches. I like Pacman to score a knockout around 6 or 7 rounds.
