Hopkins main concern doesn't seem to money. He is all about his legacy so in that regard, Adamek is the main choice. Even though he'd make the most money fighting Roy, beating a washed up Jones doesn't do much for his legacy. He might be full of **** in saying that but if he's not, I could see why he'd go with Adamek.

Fact is Hopkins can make millions fighting either Adamek or Dawson. Tell me one fight where Jones can make that type of money other than fighting Hopkins? Hopkins has options, Jones does not, unless you want to count a fight against green for 1 mil or less as a money fight.

Thats just it. Neither of them really need anymore money. But are hard headed in the sense of who will get more. Tbh with you Hopkins has always been for legacy. This is why he refused to ever be a fighter that would be the promotional property of a promoter and be told who to fight even if that meant more money.
