I'll give credit where its due. Byrd has always had trouble with big fighters and he did the first time around against Wlad. Byrd's newfound confidence accompanied with Wlad's lack of chin makes for an interesting fight. I foresee it as being one of the best potential HW matchups you will find.

I think Byrd would win by UD this time.
I have noticed that Wlad keeps getting slower, and slower as a fighter. Byrd seems to be getting stronger, and more agressive.
That is an interesting take on this potential matchup. Do you really see Byrd winning by UD? I would love to see that happen but how exactly do you see this fight playing out?

Byrd throws the usual pitter patter punches. Rounds 1-4. (he might even lose these rounds). Wlad starts off by looking impressive. He lands one or two power shots. Byrd stays on the bike. By round 5 Byrd starts to go downstairs and upstairs in short bursts. (just enough to win rounds 5 and 6). Klitschko starts SERIOUSLY running out of gas. Byrd attacks in spurts to the body, and then rides the bike untill the 12th round.

      Byrd is the champ.

Going to be hard to "decisevly" beat him again.

Wlad has to look impressive in order to take the title away.

      This I frimly belive.

This is concievable and if Byrd were to win I would see the fight played out in the same fashion as well. It is a long shot but hopefully he can do it.

I would personally love to see him beat Wlad.

          IMO.

I would also love to see him fight Vitali again.

You and me both my brother. I truly can't see Byrd beating Vitali, it would be something special if he could beat Wlad and it would be an act of God if he beat both brothers!

            There is always hope!

If held in the U.S, I think it would be a good and competitive fight.....if held in Germany, well we all know what happens in Germany...

Chris Byrd is a tailor made opponent for Wladimir. Byrd's style, size, and strength allows Wlad to utilize his best attributes while Byrd poses little threat to Wladimir's weaknesses.

Wladimir has a very good chance to win this fight. The question then is, how much of his confidence will he regain if he does win? Would that mean a return of the old Wlad?

I believe sparse flashes of the old Wlad may surface.
However; he was rocked by TOS, who is not a real HW.
Byrd is getting physically stronger every fight. You can see that in his physique.
