James Kirkland, Chad Dawson, Bernard Hopkins, Allan Green, Sergei Dzinziruk, and Clottey have all expressed interest in fighting Paul Williams. Even though Clottey's call outs hold no weight because of Arum not putting up any money for the fight, I still have to give Clottey credit for mentioning Paul's name.
That only underscores Paul's point. A bunch of guys in much higher weight classes mention his name. Chad Dawson? Allan Green? Allan Green has fought at LHW and SMW his whole career. And he is calling out a guy who s a Welterweight or Superwelterweight.

There is some serious ***** ****.

Where do you even come up with that number?

Even for his middleweight fights he came in at 157lbs.

He doesnt walk around at 175lbs. Some people are just NATURALLY skinny.. whether they are tall or not.

Reed. Paul came into the ring in the first Quintana fight at 165.
Fought Margarito weighing 164. Fought Winky weighing 166. A walk around weight 9 or 10 pounds above your fighting weight is not out of the question.

Paul is 6'3" and while he looks emaciated at the weigh ins, he's not that skinny in the ring:
