Boxing deaths mainly happened from repeated blows where a guy is throwing just enough that the ref doesnt stop it, but later has bleeding on the brain or whatever and then dies. MMA they stop blows once a guy is out, hardly one dies from one punch.

It would take something completely unavoidable for a fighter to die in an UFC fight. A lot of fights are based on ground work and submission, and the accumulation of punches in a boxing match don't happen. Honestly, it would take an unavoidable vicious temple punch or something for a fighter to die in UFC.
