Yeah and I scored the second 10-8 because the ref took a point from Cotto

Of course it matter why do you think we have weight classes? Some of that true some of that not true. I highly doubt your going to see Hopkins get hurt from anyone.

What your overlooking is the fact that Miguell Cotto has been rocked in fights with Sosa and N'Dou before.

If Chop was 157 would it be different? If Cotto fought the other top guys at 140 would it be different? If Cotto moved to 147 like he soon has to will he be just a average fighter?
If Cotto moved to 147, he will look like a very average fighter. Which is a dilemma for him because he can BARELY make 140. HE won't be competitive at this stage of his career if he goes up.

If you wouldn't mind, MTG, I'd appreciate it.

It was just a gag, incidentally... there's about fifty threads on here about it.

Cotto was never rocked in the Sosa or N'Dou fights. He was hit with a good shot but not to the point that he was in danger they just made him step back and regroup. Last night he was rocked but he recovered well.

You're the man. So, to save me reading through 200 threads, what's the word on the street? I didn't even know it was taking place to be honest... it wasn't in boxing news. It was a non-title bout, right?

It was a title fight cotto's WBO title if i'm correct, it was a good fight, with cotto getting stunned batly in the 3 almost getting KO'd he had to hold on not to go down and after the ref splitted them up cotto stumbled on unsteady legs to the ropes, anyway he survived round 3, round 5 cotto legs looked good he knock corley down, corley got up cotto rushes to him as corley is on the ropes and cotto hits him with a right hook that didn't land solidly, and corley decided, wasen't forced by the punch IMO to go down and take a count to get his legs back under him, and the ref just stopped the fight i was like WTF? but it was a nice fight while it lasted, i hope cotto learned from this fight and works on his defense.
