where did all this running business start anyways, the ring is only but so big. Just cause the man got cat like reflexes lol, he runnin? Everytime i seen him fight i see him make people miss and make em' pay, i mean how many times u seen him pinned against the ropes and he just ducks back and forth wit his shoulder out, is he running then? .....and they still can't hit him flush, sounds like the other guys should work on their accuracy to me, lol, on some van damme in bloodsport type ish, grabbin fish out the pond, haha.

I think that JMM will still go on to have some more victories even if he loses to Floyd. I'd like to see him fight Timothy Bradley and try to become the first Mexican fighter to win four titles. We know Pacquiao wouldn't give JMM a rubber match if JMM lost to Floyd. So fighting Bradley would be the only chance to win another title if it came to that unless he wanted to fight Berto or Mosley. Fighting full-fledged Welters may be too much for JMM but I think he would destroy Berto. The fact that I don't think that Mayweather is as filled out at 147 as someone like Mosley is the reason why I view Mayweather as the more winnable fight. I hate to say that because I'm a huge JMM fan, and I don't want to take away from his victory. I think Mayweather is a tougher challenge for JMM than Cotto is though.

Bro I hate to break it to you but Cotto will put a brutal and savage beating on JMM if they ever fought. No disrespect to JMM because I do believe he is an excellent fighter but Marquez and Cotto would make for a good fight in the first few rounds then Cotto's strength and size will play a major role. Marquez is ok fighting Floyd whose hands are quick but brittle, Cotto is a different matter. No need to even bring up this fight unless JMM defeats Mayweather and Cotto defeats the Pacman until then I'll leave this alone.

Man, the mayweather marquez match up sounds more exciting to me than pac-cotto, to me as much as i wanna say cotto/pac could go either way, i'll say its so true that styles make fights, and i see cotto slowing down in the middle rounds and pac is a finisher, he will maul him, he may not knock him out cold but but the ref will wave it off......i hate to say it, cause i want cotto to win too...

Mayweather-marquez is just two proven tacticians just goin at it, for a true boxing fan, this should be a good one, its not like mayweather been a welterweight like for 10 yrs or somethin, to me i still see him as a jr. welter weight, or light weight at most even tho he bulked up good for delahoya fight, but he been out the ring for a while, and his recent pics his frame look like a super lightweight like vivian harris or somethin. And lets not forget manny's quick rise from the lower weights to where he is now, and he destroyin dudes so far. I mean marquez just hopped onto light weight, had diaz and casamayor like some quick snacks on the road to the promise land, the welter weight division! dude aint no slouch. Him and his bro Raphael got my respect a long time ago.....

jmm-floyd sounds more exciting to you. i wont take that away from you. sad to say only a handful agrees with you. that's why floyd have to be on WWE, that's why golden boy will spend lots of money to promote the fight.

I think JMM would take Cotto apart. But I'm a huge Cotto detractor, so that may factor in my opinion. But I just think that Cotto would get eaten up by those uppercuts, and if JMM weathered the early rounds he would take Cotto into deep water and drown him. Cotto's stamina is not world class, and combine that with the fact that he is a slow starter I think it would spell disaster for him. I've said that JMM is a tougher style match up for Cotto than Pacquiao is because Pacquiao does not throw that many uppercuts. I don't think I'm very far off in saying that.

Yeah, PFB fight Marquez because he has been droppped three times by Manny, and he is a lightweight,he thinks it will be his advantage fighting smaller guy..but if he lost to Marquez,it will be more shameful for him, being lost to a smaller boxer...

I think Cotto gets more excuses and passes then Floyd ever gets.
Judah after the 5th was getting dominated, walked around the ring
and beat up. Floyd dropped Corley a couple of times. Cotto fought
Zab after Floyd and almost got KO'd in the first round or two. I
would have ruled that a KD when Floyd glove touch the mat no doubt
but Floyd was never in any real trouble. In the 10th Zab was about
to go down if he didn't hit Floyd low, Zab was gun shy like a mother.
Cotto did stop Zab and Corley but he got rocked by both fighters and
took the must punishment AND we have to recognize that Cotto has
gotten more passes by referees than any other fighter.
