Man, the mayweather marquez match up sounds more exciting to me than pac-cotto, to me as much as i wanna say cotto/pac could go either way, i'll say its so true that styles make fights, and i see cotto slowing down in the middle rounds and pac is a finisher, he will maul him, he may not knock him out cold but but the ref will wave it off......i hate to say it, cause i want cotto to win too...

Mayweather-marquez is just two proven tacticians just goin at it, for a true boxing fan, this should be a good one, its not like mayweather been a welterweight like for 10 yrs or somethin, to me i still see him as a jr. welter weight, or light weight at most even tho he bulked up good for delahoya fight, but he been out the ring for a while, and his recent pics his frame look like a super lightweight like vivian harris or somethin. And lets not forget manny's quick rise from the lower weights to where he is now, and he destroyin dudes so far. I mean marquez just hopped onto light weight, had diaz and casamayor like some quick snacks on the road to the promise land, the welter weight division! dude aint no slouch. Him and his bro Raphael got my respect a long time ago.....

Why should Floyd call out Cotto? Floyd put it out there that if Cotto wanted to fight him he should say something, Cotto was silent. So it's Floyd's fault they never fought, Floyd was #1 P4P, Cotto is the one that had something to prove not Floyd. Dumb ass Cotto fans think they can call out Floyd and it's just as valid as Cotto calling him out.

Everyone knows that if Mayweather wanted to fight Cotto it would happen. Cotto doesn't call out anybody...he lets Arum handle his business for him. I don't dispute the fact that Floyd is the number 1 p4p fighter, but Cotto was the fight that made sense, and Floyd didn't want it...he still doesn't want it. The article says he's fighting Marquez cuz he beat Pacquiao...notice Floyd said nothing about Cotto. I'm no huge Cotto fan, but Floyd doesn't want it with him.

LOL, yea manny still unproven against tha brothaz in my book too, he need to step up after cotto or he gonna have alot of explainin to do .., can u imagine if they did a super six tournament like showtime did for super middleweights this fall, but for the ww division, man it would help trim the fat in this division i think...they been politicking more than fighting lately anyways, time to fight!

marquez is probably the best fighter in the 135 pound division, but at 144, mayweather will have tremendous advantage in height, reach, and weight. PBF should fight someone at least near his size.
