And i see what he is saying about if he dont get credit for marquez how can he get credit for pac...but the fact is...pac has been to 135 and won, 140 and beat the #1 fighter...and he faught (yes a ****ttttt) DLH at 147....but fighting Cotto at 145, is that not a huge fight? i mean lets be real those 2 pounds wont make that much of a difference especially the fact cotto came in 146 last time....Cotto has the advantage in that fight...

The only recent fight that Pac impressed me in was the Hatton fight, since we haven't seen 140 hatton decimated like that. There were signs of Hatton declining, but still I thought he would have lasted more than 2 rounds. The Diaz and DLH fight weren't as impressive, though Pac did what he needed to do.
I do agree that he deserves props for fighting Cotto even at the catch-weight. And I agree with your assessment, which makes it so silly that he just won't fight him at 147. Those few pounds won't make much difference.
And Cotto is definitely a much more dangerous fight than JMM. I think Floyd is just talking **** to support the idea of this fight, which is supposed to be competitive to some degree, but clearly a comeback/tune up no matter what he tells us. He just better hope he hasn't bitten off more than he can chew.

And I thought we saw screen shots that proved Judah stepped on Mayweather's foot when his glove touched the canvas. Someone had it as an avatar with the feet circled in red.

He's using a ****** math rationale, this guy beat this guys so this guy is better even if he got lucky or even if the other guy is still the better opponent.

Floyd is either scared or he's worried than ring rust could be a factor and he wants an easier opponent.

Then why floyd retired if he would beat cotto and shane in dominating fashion? Then return to fight jmm?

If he wants to fight the jmm that fought pac, they should fight at least at 135. jmm and pac fought at 130. jmm will be too small at 147. jmm won in his two fights at 135 but he strugled with the size of his opponents. floyd's uncle and father stated that jmm has no chance of winning. then why fight somebody that has no chance of winning?

My thing is if Floyd believes that Marquez won both fights then why the hell does the record books show Pac winning those fights? If the case is that we can change the records by opinions than Floyd lost that bout with Castillo or Whitaker beat ODLH, or Santa Cruz beat Casamayor...the list goes on and on...doesn't matter. Floyd needs to just concentrate on his bout and stop worrying about who is number one....the fans will recognize who number one is and right now the fans and the boxing world have Manny Pacquiao as number one so he should stop with all of the nonsense and start fighting the guys that he should be fighting to regain #1 status. Fighting JMM would have been great at 130 or 135 but at 143...**** is ridiculous, and then say in the same breath that JMM and Floyd are fighting for Numero uno....******ed by Golden Boy and Floyd.

Why should Floyd call out Cotto? Floyd put it out there that if Cotto wanted to fight him he should say something, Cotto was silent. So it's Floyd's fault they never fought, Floyd was #1 P4P, Cotto is the one that had something to prove not Floyd. Dumb ass Cotto fans think they can call out Floyd and it's just as valid as Cotto calling him out.
