WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko is not buying any of David Haye's stories. He doesn't believe the British fighter was injured when he pulled out of his June bout with younger brother Wladimir Klitschko. Haye also withdrew from a September bout with Vitali - and the older Klitschko doesn't believe any of Haye's reasons for doing so. i agree with vitali. what haye is doing doesnt help the sport at all and i also think that haye talked trash to the klits just to make a name for himself but wont fight them. honestly, haye is relatively unknown in the PI til he talked trash to the klits

Haye didn’t actually pull out of a fight with Vitali as he never even signed a contract, he had 2 offers on the table and chose Valuev as it was a better offer for him and an easier title to win.

A verbal agreement is considered legal and binding whether Team Haye wants to admit it or not. Many people operate in the business world on handshake agreements and unwritten contracts, a man should never break his word.

Vitali could probably sue Haye but obviously isn't going to be arsed to do so.

Gentlemans' agreements often take place in business, but the low-class Haye is no gentleman. The HBO executive was not happy when Haye backed out without letting them know.
