btw, a rican doesn't pay taxes, but gets all the incentives that living low class in the US provides. jumping to the US doesn't work well for every rican, especially those in the urban areas

A 65 year old sick Rican can get food, shelter and medical care. A 65 year old sick Filipino is at much more serious risk unless family provides.
