If he's overweight, Manny can just say he doesn't want to fight him. I don't think he would, but it's in his rights. But Cotto won't come in overweight.
This catchweight thing is BS and its ruining boxing, Especially when a belt is involve it should not be allowed by the sanctioning body, If NO belt is involve then they can put any restriction they want.
