I'm glad Tom Kaczmarek or Julie Lederman will not be a judge.

Tone Weeks is fine with me.

      Judgement Day With Tony Weeks

I am astounded that so many have written off Marquez in this contest.
Much like Manny, he has demonstrated an ability to adjust to very difficult circumstances. Floyd has yet to prove anything nearing the accomplishments of Juan Manuel when you balance the record books fairly. Undefeated means untested when it comes to The Pretty Boy. Oscar, who was never capable of adapting to slick terrain, is the only truly gallant, premier prizefighter, The Money Man has faced. There are names on Juan's ledger that are downright scary even in their anonymity. Marquez fought men, lighter or not, whose fire blazed higher then Floyd's ever will.
Juan Manuel is the attraction here as are all opponents in Mayweather country. Floyd Jr. is a very fine and gifted boxer but lacks any sincere charisma to engage even the least literate boxing fan. Caution is smart. His particular style of avoiding danger is annoying. Pernell was much more entertaining to witness within his Willie Pep mannerisms. They were fluid and delicately deadly. At times he bored me but he could always command my respect. He was a gentleman as well as a proud pugilist
I am convinced that the first cancellation of Marquez/Mayweather was an attempt to deep six the entire event, but the old man convinced Floyd that it would be a walk in the park. And here is where it gets truly interesting. When Floyd Sr. speaks, he is second only to Panama Lewis in deception. Floyd Sr. had made a career of sabotaging the fight game as well as his own flesh and blood. Before the bell sounds, the real fight will have already begun between father and son.
      Advantage: Marquez.
Tony Weeks will allow Juan to fight deep inside, favoring attempts to bully a man who has not fought in almost two years. This potential is very significant as Floyd's legs could become suspect after his lay off. I am also su****ious of what Floyd will do when he does not get his way over a long, tenacious battle. I believe that the bully in Mayweather is made of the same silly putty that Tyson's was.
Lastly, keep an eye on the newly announced judge from Chicago. This addition could distract the traditional Vegas view point if the battle goes 12.
In my humble opinion, Mayweather will curse the night he faced this Mexican legend and we will see Manny and Marquez one more grand time.

In my humble opinion, you are a hit and run poster who will dissapear after Marquez recieves a royal beating at the hands of Floyd Mayweather Jr September 19th. And if you do dare post again, you will likely try to discredit Mayweather's victory with excuses (blame the ref, blame the corner, blame the fight plan, blame the judges, etc etc...)

Duane Ford is the idiot who had Jermaine Taylor winning the 12th round in the first fight with Hopkins. He also had Bobby Pacquiao beating Carlos Hernandez on the Corrales-Castillo 2 undercard. That is a good suggestion to not have him judge this fight. He would screw Marquez over for sure.
