How is Cotto's popularity there in Houston? I think I saw a few Boricuas when I went down there. I chilled with some in Dallas and San Antonio. I also went to this place called Atlanta, TX...that **** was crazy.

Nobody dissing Cotto even pac fans admitted that the bout is a 50/50 chance for both fighters. It's just the responses from some nuthuggers who tends to cry, *****, and moan each time they see Cotto being criticise. Some fans exploits those child-like responses and make fun out of it. Nothing personal or no hatred at all.

I've only been here for like 2 years and when I see Cotto, I usually buy his fights at the house. Maybe one day I should hit a bar when he fights. Can't really give you an accurate answer.

It's either you're blind or just ignoring a fact...

Cotto is one of the best fighter today, boxing fans really like cotto as a boxer and as a person. He has a down to earth persona and seldom throws trash talk to his opponents. The reason fans put Cotto down is because of nuthuggers reactions when somebody criticizes him. We find it funny with your kid like demeanor responses each time we read your posts.

It's the same hate on both sides. People take it too far and make it personal, and to make matters worst, they make it racial. I just don't get it. One thing to call each other names like a$$holes or what not, but to take it to the extreme and make racist comments is beyond ******iy. Both are great fighters with great pride from their people and themselves. And both countries are going to back up their local hero no matter what the outcome is because both countries have great fans and great people.
