Another thing that I think makes Cotto hated on in these forums is the fact that his most hardcore fans won't give any credit to any other boxer it seems like unless they have fought Cotto. They constantly down talk Paul Williams and say ****** things like he is ducking Clottey when in actuality, it's the other way around. Arum is the one keeping his boys away from Paul. He tried to stop the Margarito-Williams fight from happening and he stopped the rematch from happening. I also wouldn't be suprised if he made Pavlik pull out of the fight. And here Cotto fans are saying Williams is ducking Clottey when Arum hasn't even put any money on the table for the fight to happen. Williams has already said that he'd be happy to send Clottey back to Ghana in a boat.

And the fact that Cotto squats on vacant title belts and doesn't make any attempt to clean up his controversial wins is something that also turns me off about him along with his dirty tactics he resorts to when it seems like his will is broken. He also gets paid an excessive amount of money for the mediocre opponents he fights like Gomez and Jennings. He got paid more to fight Jennings than what Mosley got paid to fight Margarito.
