I am in the minority here as well - I believe berto will beat shane. Youth will prevail this time around.

yeah, his momentum has stalled quite a bit. he can still make things lively if he absolutely demolishes berto and puts on an exciting performance. that, along with the belt could make for a good proposition to fight the pac/floyd winner.

I'm starting to lean that way too. Shane has been inactive too long.

          Shane will be just fine
Collazo tagged up Berto really good
          Its not triangle its fact
If Collazo was able to land big on Berto
Shane will turn out the lights

Shane should fight the Winner of Pac and Floyd for another big fight then call it a career

well no matter what happens Shane Mosley has always got his respect, he always fought his heart out, I respect Shane and it's about time he hangs em up anyways, he has nothing to prove! HES 38, He should just kick back and make that paper in his GBP office.

Does Mosley really do much work as a promoter? He seems to walk around like Hoya and Hopkins' puppy most of the time. No offense to Shane, I just don't know how smart the guy is.

Mosley is done imo. The Margarito win was a smoke screen.

I like Mosley but i honestly dont think he has a lot left. I think Berto has a great chance of winning, Shane does not KO him i see him winning.

The only reason Hop and Mosley are considered partners is because they get way more respect in the game than Oscar does. Hop can get fighters signed from the east coast and Shane from the West

Alot of people dont respect Oscar
                  it gives GBP some cred

Maybe that is true about the west coast-east coast thing, but I don't see Shane as much of a promoter he just seems like the silent one that just hangs around. I was really excited to see Shane in 2009 after his demolition of Margarito, but he spent the rest of the time bitchin and moaning about Mayweather and Pacquiao. It was clear he weren't gonna get those fights so he should have just taken out Berto earlier.

I remember him saying fighting Cotto would be going backwards or something....he might as well rematch him if he gets the opportunity or fight Clottey. He can face Mayweather late 2010 regardless of whether Floyd wins or loses unless Floyd and Manny have a rematch.
