If pwill fights martinez or dzidurek Shane can go to 154 and probably lose, but its better than nothing, or he can rematch cotto if cotto loses to manny.

Shane Mosley beats Berto with ease......he is waiting for a Mayweather or Pac Fight....which wont happen this year or possibly next year.....

I believe that to be true. If Shane had thought this out better he would've taken an easy win stay busy fight in the spring, summer, or fall. Then he would be fresh in everyone's minds and the timing would be perfect to get one of those guys.

I'd say the best he can do now is hope for a Cotto rematch.

anyone with any sense knows that Mayweather will fight the winner of Pac-Cotto

Truest statement on the the thread. They hope an old Mosely enters the ring against Berto. If not bBerto will get destroyed and SSM will still be on an island because he will not get a fight with Pac or Mayweather as they will be fighting eachother. His best bet would be a Cotto rematch and then the winner of Mayweather/Pac. Obviously my assumptions are

SSM over Berto (if Shane doesn't get old over night)
Pac over Cotto
Mayweather over JMM

Mosely over Cotto
Pac over Mayweather
