how do you figure? i hate how people just go ahead and make miguel cotto a underdog like he's a 3rd string welterweight when he's one of the top 2 in the division arguably.. its gonna be a much closer fight than you people think..

how can you even compare pac fights to cotto fights?

the great thing about pac fight is he comes up in weight and beat hatton and DLH convincingly,

if cotto fights hatton at 140, it will be worse than JMM vs may because cotto is a legit WW, while hatton is JWW. maybe it will sell 1 ticket per 2 days

if cotto fights against DLH, is should be at 154, and i think DLH will win that fight and DLH is still a boxer right now.



then how can you match pac vs clottey/marg so casually? @ that time pac is 135 and its a mortal sin to say pac with clottey / margaritto / cotto / mosley in 1 sentence, but because of pac`s greatness, now its allowed to say this things?

I get what your saying about the variables between the fights....BUT

The thing is...Pac can't beat Clottey at 147...Miguel can and did however closely.

Cotto can beat Hatton at 147.

Cotto if he could still make 140 without becoming a skeleton could beat Hatton as well.

lets just for arguments sake say Cotto fought Hatton at 147 and Manny fought Clottey at 147.

i believe that's the reason why we all respect cotto even if your not a huge fan. He will fight anyone and that's old school right there. Also i think we all know that floyd fought beat better versions of hatton and hoya, but we know manny won't say it. But i can't take away from pac's performance against either. They thought the could beat the lil pinoy because of there size. Plus they knew they would make a lot of cash. So they both have to live with the most embarrising loses of their career.
