Wow what an unexpected game plan fo Arreola! Common i mean, its what he always does and the only thing he knows, but if he wants to be succesfull with it he has to be in great shape, be better conditioned than Vitali and i doubt he will, even though Vitali is 10 years older. But if hes relentless and not just relentless for 2-3 rounds he will make Vitali fight and then Vitalis age will show, but as every opponent for the Klits, Chris might lose his confidence and get frustrated after 2-3 rounds when hes not connecting and take hard punches from Dr. Ironfist. But Chris seems to be a tough mutha, so maybe he will stay relentless longer than other opponents, and thats his only chance, and i hope he can deal with Vitalis power and not get hit to much. Win or lose, this will be one hell of a hard fight for Arreola.Comment

I think he weighs about 255 pounds right now, so how will he be weight drained if hes comming in under 245? I expect him to weigh in at about 240 pounds. Hes working with a conditioning coach and i hope hes working good, lose fat, build some more muscle and be a fit 240 pound man. He will never look ripped thats for shure, just like Juan Diaz for example. Chris is pretty much the heavyweight version of Juan Diaz. This is a ****** ****** ****** plan. He's not going to hurt Vitali because he's barely going to touch him. Vitali just isn't going to get hit by Chris because he's too slow and he's going to come into the fight over 250 pounds.
Not to mention if he's under 245 it's going to be hell for him because he's going to be completely weight drained.
Let's face it even an in shape Arreola can't beat Klitschko.Last edited by Tobi.G; 08-19-2009, 03:54 PM.Comment

How do you know how much he weighs? Did you see the picture of him from that fight? He was OBVIOUSLY bigger than he was in his last fight.I think he weighs about 255 pounds right now, so how will he be weight drained if hes comming in under 245? I expect him to weigh in at about 240 pounds. Hes working with a conditioning coach and i hope hes working good, lose fat, build some more muscle and be a fit 240 pound man. Guaranteed he won't do what it takes to come into this fight at 235-240max.
Wouldn't matter, he's getting the **** kicked out of him anyway. I just watched the Walker fight again last night...dude is so crude and amateur. He shoudl have been knocked out in that fight, he got damn lucky.Comment

This shall be quoted for accuracy after the fight. It's sad, but it's the truth. Although I don't think Arreola's getting stopped - he's going the quitting way.
My goodness...
Tuns, does this mean you're actually beginning to question the badassness of the VitMan?

This is why chris is going to lose...(from another blog somewhere.)
Chris Arreola is my favorite active Heavyweight fighter because of his knockout ability and vulnerable style which makes for exciting fights. That “vulnerable style” is mostly due to the fact that he gets so fat and out of shape between fights, he is usually gassed beyond belief well before his matches are over. Chris is facing Vitali Klitschko this September and has the potential to go from an up-and-coming attraction to a full fledged star.
The problem?
The fight is less than 2 months away and Chris was recently spotted in public looking fatter than he’s ever been. The rumors say he’s 300lbs (which is about 60 pounds heavier than he needs to be)… and this greatly increases the chances that he’s going to get his ass kicked come September.

Vitaly will crush this manTrainer Henry Ramirez hints that the strategy for his man, heavyweight contender Chris Arreola, will be to run straight at Vitali Klitschko and make the WBC belt-holder fight from the sound of the first bell. The two will meet in the ring at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sept. 26th. [details]Comment
