The logic of your argument is that any fighter should be able to return to his previous weight, whatever that previous weight may be, and however much muscle he has put on since he was at that previous weight, without any difficulty whatsoever, provided he is fit.
There's no evidence to support that view. He has never looked dehydrated since moving up to Welterweight, and has never had to remove all his clothes or to have a second weigh-in.
