Are you familiar with "the google"? I want you to go to 'the google', and enter "pacquiao cotto tickets". you will then get inundated by retailers who are more than happy to sell you some tickets.

Think of TicketMaster as a wholesaler nowadays...and the ticket brokers are essentially the retailers or the distribution network.

Again, TicketMaster is not your sole source provider. This is not 1998.
the point that you dont get is that
ticketmaster sold the tickets. Bob arum doesnt care if the other company sells them.
It is like you are selling 2 cars. and a dealership come and buy both of them. you sold them. you dont care what the hell the dealership does with the car.
dont be jealous because there are not any dominicans that can sell out anywhere

Only Mayweather-Pac has a chance at doing better numbers than De la Hoya-Money May.

depends on top rank and HBO.

Arum should invest in this fight in promotion and get crazy

Also, a trade-off during a business negotiation is not a "favor". When you buy a Honda Accord, and they give you a $1,500 rebate, that is not a "favor". That is a stip in a business transaction.

          Sheesh.

Nice work, the clown is yet to reply.

          Cotto-Margarito numbers were never released.

I dont know but base on this

Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports named it the third-best boxing match of 2008 and the fight generated 450,000 pay-per-view buys, the third-highest in 2008 for a boxing match.

Arum said that Cotto vs Margarito did 50% better than Cotto vs Mosley
so if Cotto vs Mosley did 300k
then Cotto vs Margarito did 450k

Arum said “Pac-Morales 3 did around 1 million”.

I would take a grin of salt with everything Arum says

The fight will do over a Million buys. Whether you wanna believe it or not, people DO know who Cotto and Pacquiao are. I'm approached by casual Boxing fans everyday about this fight. Manny Pacquiao also has a Hollywood following and is THE attraction in Boxing today. What he did to Hatton sent shock waves throughout the sport and even you were claiming Hatton would beat Pacquiao...goes to show how much you know.

The fight has less than 1,000 tickets left from when they went on sale (literally days ago) with a little less than 3 months before the fight, and they haven't even began the promo tour.

The reality of it all is, there will always be a bigot. There will be 20K people in attendance, a high possibility getting over 1 Mill PPV buys, yet you wanna be the kid in the corner sticking your tongue out with a dunce cap on because they're outshining Floyd's "Comeback". So apparently...

This fight won’t do 1 million PPV. If Hatton – Pac couldn’t out do PBF-Hatton, then no way does Pacman – Cotto do over 1 million PPV. Hatton – PBF hype is and was much more immense than this fight. That fight had many factors to it, UK – USA, Black v White, style clash and personality clash. Yet couldn’t do more than 1 million PPV. But somehow two men who speak broken English will get over a million, laughable.

What exactly will Pacman – Cotto appeal too?

                      Rican v Pinoy
                      Hispanic v Asian

There is many factors which this fight does well.

This fight will not out do PBF-Hatton, 100%
