I get it. You have already built in your excuse for Cotto.

I have no excuse man. If Cotto loses this fight there shouldn't be any excuses. Did I like that he had to go down to 145...no, but he accepted it so that means he believes he can handle that weight. No excuses.

Well good. As long as there are no excuses how about a 4,000,000 point bet?

No, otherwise there would be no talk of a catch weight.

I would but I have bet everything I got on this fight. Don't worry there are a few Cotto fans that would be willing to take you up on that offer. May the best man win!!!

From what I remember, Pac went to the Cotto-Clottey fight and decided himself he wanted Cotto. Roach said in the past he preferred the Mayweather fight for Pac.

I also think Roach has said (like others) that the Marg fight took a lot out of Cotto, but that Miguel is still a dangerous fighter.

Roach talks a lot. A lot of trainers and promoters do. That's their job, to hype the fights-fighters=$$. Doesn't mean it's true or false. Just talk. He just gave his opinion. Personally, i don't care what Freddy thinks of Cotto. Or what Santiago thinks of Manny for that matter. I just want to see these 2 greats fight!

I have never been so excited about a fight in my 40 years of being a boxing fan, except for Ali's Rumble in the Jungle and the Thrilla in Manilla.

As much as i am a pacquaio fan...You do realize clottey blows up to 180 right. Pacquaio would get killed by clottey. And that is being honest. **** i dont see anything in pacquaio skill set that shows me he can beat clottey. Clottey isnt slow, has very good d, a good counter puncher and has some pop to his punch while having a 30 pound weight advantage of pacquaio and you think pacman can beat clottey.

Wait, didn't Oscar Delahoya say the same thing? Wasn't he suppose to weigh in at 160?
