JMM all the way. He is getting screwed over on the purse split. It may be an overstatement, but it really is true. I think it should have been like 60-40 maybe in Mayweather's favor, because Floyd is piggy backing off of the Mexican crowd.
Who will you be rooting for: Mayweather or Marquez?

I said best man win. I want to give Floyd a chance to redeem the respect he's lost. Most guys deserve a 2nd chance. Let's see what he does. I want him to continue, not just win and go back into retirement. He's gotta stay and take on unfinished biz and prove his metal to me to get my respect back.
But i do like JMM more. Probably because he's still boxing and will stand toe to toe and battle. He's a boxer and a brawler. Floyd is a master boxer, but his overly defensive syle before he retired made fights a little boring for my taste. I want to see action!Comment

Hustla,
I respect you. But you are pulling a real ***** move right now. You are trying to re-write history. Either that, or you really don't know the facts. But here are the true facts about FMJ's pay-per-view performances:
Gatti: Arturo's ONLY PPV and highest payday
Judah: Zab's 1st PPV and highest payday
Baldomir: Tata's only PPV and highest payday
Delahoya: Oscar's biggest PPV and highest payday
Hatton: Ricky's first and biggest PPV and highest payday
Marquez: PPV sales TBD, and JMM's highest payday.
Is that all coincidence? Damn...PBF is a lucky dude.
I'm not so sure how you can slam the Baldomir sales ("couldn't sell vs Baldomir") when that fight sold approximately the same as each of the Barrera-marquez fights ...or and WAAAAY more than Pac sells vs a no-name.
To sell 10,000 seats and $17 million in PPV's vs Carlos Baldomir? That was considered a big success. Just so you know. I'm in the business. I will gladly argue the facts with you.Comment

I agree, JMM should be receiving at least 40%.Comment
