When I look at Roy Jones vs Jeff Lacy result I just think that's the same result as Prime Jones vs Prime Lacy anyway. Both are past their best but Jones' best was so much better anyway.

Roy deserves credit for fighting as great as he did. I havn't seen Roy pull the trigger like that since the first tarver fight. even against badi ajamu, trinidad and hanshaw he didn't look like himself really. he looked ok, but this is the first time hes looked like RJJ.

I dont think hes going to be able to beat the elite fighters at 175, but i'm still impressed by what he did. and this is his best win since 2003 when he beat Tarver.

both lacy and rjj are shot. lacy is just more shot than roy

yeah i think for you to get a rel view on how good rjj is right now we have to forget his accomplishments of the past and try and see him as a new fighter and up and comer.

why? why would anyone do this? its true enough that rjj is at a different stage of his career, but why throw out all his past accomplishments and past?

if a fighter i had never heard of before had put that whupping on lacy i would have said he could mix with some of the best at 170-175.

c'mon dude, lacy is shot to pieces. rjj should retire.

not even close. a prime rjj destroys a shot lacy in 2-4 rounds.

i think he has about 70-80% of what he had.

its too hard to judge because lacy is shot.

i still think he couldbeat alot of good fighters at LHW

nah, he'd go life and death against mediocre fighters. rjj should not push his luck

but dawson and adamek might be too muhc. but you never know...

dawson, adamek, bhop, johnson... they all destroy rjj. even tarver as shot as he is beats rjj.
