Injured AGAIN? i was a huge Pavlik fan after the Miranda fight, and an even bigger one after the Taylor fights, but since then,he hasnt been doing nothing, hes fought a lower level opposition, and the only time he fought another solid fighter was when he got his ass handed to him by Hopkins
Is every big fight now just a certain for this kinda stuff, it's getting to the point its not even most fights, it's like every big one has some kinda big ish issue.

Dear Lord. I am guessing that Pavlik is still hitting the sauce and still punching through doors and glass windows.
Or, Pavlik is done, first it was the Mora fight, they did not want to fight Mora because it was going to be a boring fight and they came up with the excuse that he had a staph infection.
I try to not pass judgement on fighters when they postpone fights with injuries, but when boxers do that they hurt their careers in my opinion. Activity level is important with the way the TV dates are stretched out. Pretty much what this means is the three best active American fighters have only fought twice this year. I think what they need to do is swap the dates for this fight and bump the Dawson-Johnson fight to the original date that Pavlik and Williams were going to fight on. Somebody should e-mail HBO and make the suggestion. Because this sucks that this fight is going to have to compete with another good fight in Kessler-Ward.
