Pavlik Injured, Williams Bout Reset To November 21

BoxingScene.com was advised that WBC/WBO middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik is suffering from an injury to the middle knuckle on his left hand and the fight with Paul Williams has been pushed back from October 3 to November 21. The fight will still take place at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City and HBO will televise.
