Been scored 10-8 for JMM?

It was a very one sided round, dominated from start to finish by JMM, and Pacquiao took a serious whipping there. Should it have been 10-8, because it was just as good as scoring a KD in a close round.

Pacquiao did **** that round except get spanked.

It was one of the reasons why I had Marquez winning that fight.

But I can understand some people not scoring it 10-8 ; most people don't like to give out 10-8 rounds on rounds that don't have a knockdown in them.

Nope, if round 6 wasnt a 10-8 for Cotto vs Clottey, that round is far from being a 10-8 round!!!!!

You certainly could, JMM really beat the **** out of him. Most people do not like to give out 10-8 rounds w/o a knockdown though, although fighters really should get more credit for really dominant rounds then rounds they barely eek out (imo).

I think so, he landed that straight right in the beginning of the round that busted up Manny. After that he landed hard body punches which were very effective but is probably the reason why it wasnt scored 10-8.

Cotto was hitting arms in that round homie. It's the truth. Cotto was also stunned during the final 15 seconds. Pacqiao was getting hit clean in the face with virtually every shot, there is a huge difference, also please stay to the point Champ, you are one of the sensible Cotto fans. This thread has nothing to do with him.

Cotto dominated that round, but didnt land all those shots. Alot of them were blocked, and Clottey landed a big left to cotto at the end. I still had Cotto winning the fight though.

Had JMM dig a little deeper in that round, Pac could have gone down.
