I think it was unintentional as well, I think Concepcion got caught up in the moment because it seemed like he stunned Luevano a few seconds before the bell. When you get into that moment, sometimes everything around you goes silent so I give Concepcion the benefit of the doubt. The punch did come way after the bell though and it was rightfully ruled a DQ.

Luevano was hit at the third bell ring.... If it was wayyyyyyyyyy after the bell as these nuthuggers say, where was the ref??? Surely if it were seconds after the bell the ref should have been in the middle breaking them up especially when Luevano was already rocked seconds before the bell...

Also, Luevano deserves Academy Awards consideration.
