        Good to see Roy put on a show;
        But its already passed the point for Lacy to hang them up IMO
        He offers nothing and is just a sitting duck most of the time
        Id choose my health over money any day.

          OK OK OK, all this fight proved is what we boxing fans already knew Lacy has never been the same after that BEATING that Calzaghe put on him....and Roy basically at the age of 40 had alot more in the tank than Lacy.....

          I hope this is the very last time we see Jeff "NO MORE HOOK" LACY....he's done!!!

          As far as Roy Jones is concerned he's doing NOTHING to add to his legacy by continuing to fight, unless he gets in the ring with CHad Dawson, who himself is going to fight a 40yr old in Johnson in a much deserved rematch!!!!

Lord Jesus that was a glorious ass whoopin. Jones whooped hiss ass worse than calzaghe did. Jones may match up well against johnson but, Dawson wouldn't be a smart fight to take.
              Glen Johnson would lay Roy Jones out again AND
              Chad Dawson has everything Jones has but better.
              Roy Jones gets clobbered by either.

                All you clowns that bash Jones should lick my noodle. Of course the guys 40 years old we all know this but the guy can still perform better than anyone else. I was actually surprised he was able to take some flush punches in there and he ate em up. I've always been a fan of Roy's and every boxing fan should be a fan. How could you not be? I can't see why everyone can't just support the guy in what he wants to do. The whole card was very entertaining. It was better than most HBO PPV's and I did'nt have to pay nothin.

                  If he was ruined how was he able to fight Vitali Tsypko-10 round UD win, Peter Manfredo-10 round UD win, Epifanio Mendoza-10 round UD win, Jermain Taylor-12 round UD loss, Otis Griffin-10 round UD win, and Roy Jones Jr-10 rounds beating loss.

                  Lacy never was a great boxer to begin with but he was a solid fighter. He relied on overwhelming his opponents with his power. Everyone he ever fought outboxed him. He is too muscle bound and he can't throw his punches straight. Even without boxing abilities he was still able to compete with world class fighters with his strength, will, chin and he used to have a nice left.

                  This win was still awsome for Jones. Maybe it did'nt mean much but it proved Jones can still perform and put on a show. His hands are still unbelievably fast for 40. Let Jones do his thing, the whole card was pretty good.

                      Since when has Roy Jones expressed any interest at all in fighting Johnson? That fight would be another one-sided massacre just like a fight with Dawson would. The only way that fight would be competitive is if Johnson really is that much past it.
