Overall excellent performance from the great one, as expected. Took Lacy to school and was the first to stop him. That means a little in my opinion no matter how meaningless everyone thought the fight was. I knew Roy needed a KO to get any respect and he did it in style. Truthfuly, he could have stopped Lacy allot earlier if he jumped on him when he was hurt but being the showman Roy is, he let the fight go longer for entertainment value. What a guy. Nobody puts on a show like Roy. A truly special guy. Hopefuly he stacks up good with Greene in AU. That dude is no joke.

I met Danny in the lobby of the Beau Rivage and he's a good dude, in my opinion. He's a little ****y and sure of himself being a prize fighter but he genuinely seemed interested in my conversation when I approaced him and he realized I recognized him and was not from his country. Big upps tohim and the perormance. Maybe he will be a tougher fight for Roy than Lacy. It's probably a certainty, actually. He's got pop and good fundamentals. He will need to keep up that right hand agaionst Roy though, if he plans on lasting long. Props to his tase in wemen too. He was there with a smokin chick. Not sure if they were dating but anyways.

Shout out to Jason Litzau too. He looked like a beast at he new weight. He put on a performance but did say something I didn't quite like. He said he doesn't care what happens when he fights as long as somebody get's knocked out and the crowd is etertained in his fights. Jason, if you read this or someone you know reads this, please realize........You will probably not get another world title shot with that mentality. What is good for the crowd is not always good for you. You have to havea world class chin to sustain that style at the very peaks of the divison. Ask Hatton, pre Tszyu. The game is about hitting the opponent without being hit. Keep up the good work and I really enjoyed the performance. Just keep that chin a little lower, keep sticking that jab and know when to trade.

Roy put on a great show. The promotion was done allot better than before and the card and figts were excellent. All of the televised fights ended early. That's a good night.

I don't think anybody has really done that to lacy. Lacy's will to fight was gone, he was hurt multiple times, both eyes swollen shut, he was cut, and looked like he wanted to cry, and it looked like he needed a hug and/or counseling. Lord Jesus that was a glorious ass whoopin. Jones whooped hiss ass worse than calzaghe did. Jones may match up well against johnson but, Dawson wouldn't be a smart fight to take.

Calzaghe and Jones didn't fought the same Lacy.
Calzaghe robbed Lacy's soul.

Of course Lacy always was a one dimensionnal fighter,but NOW he looks like he's 45 years old,no will,no agressivity,no ko power.

In my opinion,he's only fightin for a lil bit of money.

Lacy is a one dimmensionnal and shot fighter,that win means nothin except that Roy who is shot himself was supergifted.
Dawson would punish Roy.
