Its substantial evidence based on speculation. Could a jury return a guilty verdict sure, but it wouldnt PROVE without a reasonable doubt that he is guilty. Legal proof that would uphold a guilty sentence would be video of Marg having plaster in his gloves immediately after the fight or a sworn admittance of guilt from Margarito.
Anyone have proof Margs cheated?

Are they ever gonna disclose what they found in his wraps? In the report it says traces of phosphate and sulfur, that's it. I want to know the actual substance they supposely found, none of this "traces" of this or "traces" of that bull****.Comment

None of that is fact. It is all speculation. It is all also overblown. I don't think we need all that crap to know that Margarito cheated against Cotto. Why wouldn't he have? Or if he didn't, why the hell would he have suddenly against Mosley? Mosley had just looked pretty old and pedestrian his previous fight with Ricardo Mayorga. Mosley had also previously and recently lost to Cotto. Why would he use them for Mosley and not Cotto? Given the circumstances if you had to pick one, you definitely at that time would have thought they'd be needed more versus Cotto.
Furthermore, what is most damning is his continued assocation with Javier Capetillo. They have been seen together in public a few times since. If your trainer had loaded your gloves without your knowing in a total surprise for one fight when you had previously proven you didn't need it resulting luckily only in a year suspension when there had been historical precedent for criminal charges, wouldn't you be angry? Wouldn't you fire him? Not, I suppose, if you had been doing it together for a while knowing the risk and didn't see it as that big of a deal. Even then you'd think he'd fire Capetillo just to make himself look better, but of course that would risk Capetillon publishing the extent and history of the use including Margarito's involvement, wouldn't it?
So no, like I said, there is no proof. However, with that said, it seems like you'd either have to be ******ed or intentionally trying to avoid the realization to not believe that he did, evidence or not.Comment

Oddmakers base hugely on recent results, in other words had he lost to Cotto more than likely he would have been the underdog against Mosely.Comment

Wrong it's not speculation, check the fact sheet I said there is photographs linking the wrap from the Cotto fight to the one from the Mosley fight. That's pure 100% irrevocable undeniable PROOF/EVIDENCE. Case closed. Its substantial evidence based on speculation.
