I can picture your next argument, Lederman works for HBO and you dont! But just because he works for HBO does not mean he is the best scorer in boxing. Is Lampley the best commentator?
Lederman, like the rest of the HBO crew, takes pressure from HBO to score fights a particular way.
Like the way he scored Hatton v Mayweather, in an effort to keep the fight close on the cards when it was obviously Floyd was dominating.

Not true. Even rounds are completly logical in a situation where no fighter won based on the four premises, ring generalship, clean punching, effective agression and defense.
If, after careful review of the fighters preformance based on the above scoring criteria, no fighter was more convincing than the other in those categories, the round should be scored even.

Lederman is a terrible judge. Considering you take scoring advice from him, it makes sense why you are so delusional.

I know how to score a round.10 point must system.

Lederman scores it like he sees it which is usually good altough in some cases bad.

He like most judges score even rounds which obviously appear very rare.

              Just like me.

Move along, math class is starting soon...

I think this thread represents a deep seeded issue in boxing.
The scoring of rounds based on feeling, or impression, rather than scientific observation based on set criteria. It is a problem when one says, I scored round one for Pac, but I can see how you scored it for JMM.
                  NO.
Scoring fights should not be a flimsy argument, based on who you would rather be after that round, or because one guy landed a big punch he gets that round. Scoring at its purest, is a scientific formula that derives a definitive winner or loser, or in rare cases, a draw.

It was level going into the 12th and Marquez won that round so you know...

It was a close fight and a draw would have been justifiable, but there's no way Manny won either fight. The first fight wasn't even close.

Hatton won at most two rounds, and he was clearly tripped in round one, which is likely why the BBC scored round 1 for Mayweather, for landing the cleaner, sharper punches.
