Mosley is around the same size as Cotto possibly even smaller. But yeh those other guys are huge too, but they're all gonna have to move up soon.

Not to fast!!! Arum can say what he wants but as of today, Cotto is the title holder and in the same interview that originated this thread, he also said that he is sticking to his word about the WBO Belt, but this time he went even further. He said that the issue is being handle by his legal team and if that doesn't convince the WBO President, he will have no problem to turn in the title. Remember that as per the rules Cotto can fight without the title being on the line but he will have to pay the fees to keep his belt and Cotto already accepted it and is willing to pay the fees. What Cotto is fighting is that the same rules are clear and states that a recognized WW title fight is UP TO 147 not UP TO 145 and that's were IMO he has an advantage at least legally.

If Cotto turns in the title, the WBO will be totally out of this fight, because it would not be neccessary for Cotto to pay the fees as a WBO champion having a non-title fight and the WBO will probably be facing a legal battle on which their own regulation will be against them.

It all depends how Cotto's legal team attack the issue, either they take the WBO to court for forcing them to put the title on the line against their own regulations or if Cotto just forgets about the legal battle and turns in the title.

Either way it will be the WBO who will lose in this situation, so the just better take the fees and not stick to the title on the line at 145 issue.

            Million Dollar Belt

They should use The Million Dollar Man's Ted Debiase Belt For this fight. That belt was awesome

We all remember what happened to De La Hoya for weighing 147, weeks before the fight.

ok but DLH was use to fighting at 154 for a couple of years then. cotto just fought clottey at 146. the weight isnt gonna hurt cotto at all. im more concerned about that cut healing rite.

Mosley is like 5'9, he was clearly taller than Cotto, around the same weight.
