Marquez: "My Skills Will Overcome Floyd Mayweather Jr"

And I'm not making excuses for Clottey's defeat against Cotto, but I think that Tecate paint job played a big part in him not letting his hands go in the last rounds because everytime he did he slipped with his body moving forward. Now I'm not 100% sure who is going to assume the roll as the aggressor in this fight, but if the canvass does have a wet paint job, then it is going to favor the fighter that is using the ring to move laterally. I think that is going to be Floyd. -
and it shows you have no clue about boxingI give him a chance because Mayweather is a joke....
he is just a joke look at my signature videos he is undefeated because he fights dirty and bad opponents or opponents that are not at his skill level.
He will not beat Cotto or Pacquiao or Margarito or CLottey or MosleyLeave a comment:

I think that we do have another mirror image of the Clottey-Cotto fight on our hands here. If JMM does not at least dominate Floyd, he will automatically lose a decision. The judges already have their mind made up about that due to the Mayweather-Pacquiao scenario. Another thing that tarnished the Clottey-Cotto fight that I hope does not play a factor in this one is that Tecate paint job on the canvass. That is the last thing that we need. They need to make sure that **** is dried up. But I wouldn't be suprised if it was not, because Tecate is a big sponsor in this fight.Leave a comment:

Co-sign here! PBF is working-out all the advantages he could get!No one claims that Cotto is a natural 140 pounder. When he last fought at 140, which was three years ago, he was severely weight drained.
But many Floyd fans, including the one I was replying to in the post you replied to, are claiming that Floyd is still a natural 140 pounder. A natural 140 pounder should fight a natural 130 pounder at 140 max.
If he's really a natural 140 pounder, as his fans claim he is, then making the fight at 144 was a ***** move, end of story. His fans can't have it both ways. A natural 140 pounder would have no difficulty in making 140lb, and would be able to fight at his best at 140.
If Floyd had made the fight at 140, it would have been considered a genuine legacy fight for him. As it is, if he wins, most neutral boxing fans will say "big deal"; and because of that, it's considered to be a tune-up by most neutral fans, not a legacy fight.
For his fans to persistently claim that he's still a natural 140 pounder, and in the same breath defend him for making a fight against a natural 130 pounder at 144lb, is pure hypocrisy.Leave a comment:

Well Mike was ruined in prison. Thats a different story.Wess,
Mike Tyson was more ripped and buffed than ever when he came back to the ring...right?
A boxer like Mayweather has TIMING as his greatest asset. It doesn't matter how much fitness work FMJ was doing. Floyd wasn't competing against top guys, he wasn't getting ring experience during those two years.
You must be the only knowledgeable boxing insider who doesn't value "activity."
"fighting in public" is the BEST experience you can get.
Activity is up most important. If its any ordinary fighter I would agree but this is Mayweather. A boxer thats been in the game since he was able to breath. Could he have lost a step maybe but not in a way where I would pick JMM over him. Maybe a 3 or 4 plus years. But being active is yes very important. That would be the only advantage I would give JMM and it wouldnt even be by much.Leave a comment:
