Ettiene - paid to take a dive?

I'm sure this was discussed at the time, but I've only just got to see the full Ettiene fight. It's not only the way that Ettiene takes his gumshield out... it's the way he has a smile to himself afterwards, as if to say "if I'm being paid to take a dive, I'm going to ham it up." Even on a subsconscious level it's as if he wants to give the game away through pride. Tyson ****s his own head afterwards and looks angry at how obvious and farcical it was.

I tell you what, though - that "broke my back" stuff IS hilarious. I think that's the funniest thing Tyson ever said, particularly the follow-up "spinal".

i doubt etienne was paid to take a dive, and it's ****** to even assume that(then again coming from the OP im not suprised),being he's so much lesser of a fighter than tyson


one of these 2 things:

1. he got ko'd

2. he got knocked down and told himself 'im not getting up and fighting that animal again' and just faked a ko.
