No, the Klitschkos are choosing the best possible opponents. Wlad asked Arreola to be Haye's replacement in early June, and Chris turned him down. Wlad is fighting Chambers because Povetkin wants a warm-up and Chambers is the WBO mandatory.

Arreola would be an easy fight for Wlad. Vitali chose him because he's WBC #1 contender and the best available opponent.

I hope the people picking Arreola to beat Vitali will at least have the decency to give Vitali a little credit when he wins instead of the usual "he was fat, out of shape and/or overrated" excuses for every one of his wins...

My prediction is a Vitali TKO around the fifth round.

I see a vicious beatdown coming for Arreola.

Vitali is the mean one of the two - and he is ****ing pissed off at the moment.

chris however is not that guy, he is a strong, pressure fighter who comes at you in straight lines. he is tailor made for vitali and i see this fight ending up being alot like vit vs peter.

He's due an L because of why?

He didn't lose a round of his fight with Gomez. How does that translate into an L?

He didn't even have enough problems to lose a round.

This is sad that the amount of hype Arreola is getting, he hasn't proven anything, yet he fights one of the best heavyweights? His defense is poor in world class levels and he's out of shape, he can be like this against B level boxers, but not at the world class level.

Now if Chambers were fighting Vitali, I actually would favor Chambers UD.

Povetkin beat the **** out of Chambers

                    Vitali would demolish Chambers

Chambers would beat Povetkin in a rematch, not to mention that Chambers was out of shape and not mentally in it for some reason. But you know the possibly of Chambers beating Povetkin in a rematch is very high, and is now more motivated to beat Povetkin in a rematch, if they ever fight.

Chambers would beat Vitali for the simple fact that Vitali isn't as skilled as his brother. Vitali is a good boxer but he's aging and the long layoff didn't help. If Vitali looked like he did against Gomez and fought Chambers, he would lose. Chambers is X2 that Gomez is, younger, with a peek-a-boo/high guard defense.
