JM1 the ring title is not a worl title handed out by a sanctioned organization.
it is a title by a magazine. i could make 77Ritchie77 magazine and hand out a title. no amtter how great or recommended my rankings were it would not be a sanctioned title fight if fighters fought for onlymy title. Therefore, he isnot a 6 division titleist because he won no titles at 126.

some people might be referring to division champ = lineal champ. cause yes, pac has been a lineal champ at 4 weight classes
