This is in response to the thread, "Why are whites so poor in boxing"
Anyway, I've scrolled through the other thread. Some of the feedback I read were stuff like, "because blacks are playing middle linebacker these days, basketball, blah, blah or because boxing is a poor man's sport.
My 2 cents on the other topic, a) there aren't as many boxing gyms in the inner cities as much as they use to b) Black-Americans don't have as much interest in boxing like in the good ole days c) The boxing gyms that we do have, well, they don't teach like they use to, hence, American superiority has dwindled.
So back to this thread, If whites are crap in boxing, then why are non-whites not dominating wrestling like the caucasians are???
You can't say that boxing only appeals to the poor, because wrestling is also a contact sport, in fact, wrestling alone doesn't have a pro league, unless you jump into MMA.
Personally, I think it's a genetic thing. I remember when I was a kid, and my white friends like to "wrestle for fun" while the brothas and other ********** would naturally gravitate to "slap boxing" amongst each other.
