I'm not Puerto Rican, but from what I've noticed, it's been mostly Paul Williams fans asking why Cotto ducked Williams when in reality Williams' team never fully pursued a fight with Cotto.

As far as Cotto vs Margarito II, I think even you know that's not happening anytime soon for obvious reasons. Margarito vs Cotto II was set for June, but someone got caught cheating.
