How can you say ''Cotto doesn't try to get a rematch'' when the only reason the rematch didn't happen is because Margarito was suspended?

He had achance to ask for the rematch but he fought jennings instead.

I'm not Puerto Rican, but from what I've noticed, it's been mostly Paul Williams fans asking why Cotto ducked Williams when in reality Williams' team never fully pursued a fight with Cotto.

As far as Cotto vs Margarito II, I think even you know that's not happening anytime soon for obvious reasons. Margarito vs Cotto II was set for June, but someone got caught cheating. A fighter isn't going to override what a commission put into play as far as the current status of a fighter's eligibility to fight.
