Boxing needs to leave the big casinos and start having major events at big cities. And yes a big boxing card could sell out in Philly or any other city. You don't think Eddie Chambers Vs Klitchko and BHOP Vs Ademek on one card would sell out in Philly?

Yea I been saying this I would love to see a big card in Philly. I don't know why they don't do it soon. Ever since Chambers won that fight, I been saying if he fights Klit, please have the fight in philly.
And Bhop should make his last fight at that Spectrum before they blow it up...that would be some **** right there.

If Chambers-Klitschko was in Phili, it would probably sell out.

Lots of Klitschko fans in NY would make the trip. He usually sells like 17,000+ for the garden against nobodies.

yeah thats exactly what i see.. it just sucks boxing cant recognize its roots from big money and cant put on at least one big card in philly or other fight cities a year.

In order for boxing to get more popular it needs to gain a better reputation and fan base

Philly would sell out a boxing event. If I am not mistaken the BLUE HORIZON is a boxing hotbed in Philly, always has good crowds.
