    Who's Best at Junior Welterweight after Pacquiao?

    Who's Best at Junior Welterweight after Manny Pacquiao? Personally I think Bradley is clearly the best, but I've read quite a few posts to the contrary. Also, in light of Mr. Pink's post, list your top 5 JWW's in order..

                    Those names would make for an awesome "Sweet 16" single elimination type format. Boxing fans would get to know these fighters better and the excitement would grow throughout the course of the tourney. Something like this would attract many new fans around the world.

                    You do the 1st round in 4 seperate double headers in a 4 week period. Then you do the second round 3/4 months later in 2 separate double headers in a 2 week period. Then 3/4 months after that you are poised for the semis.
