The guy bring money to the table.
    bring the p4p king status.
Beating Pacquiao would bring up his star power to another level.
    Why not fight him??
When did Pacquiao called out Cotto?
    even if he did..
Why is Cotto not fighting Pacquiao at Pacquiao best weightclass if he really wanted the fight to be a great win for him..

But why is Cotto not fighting Pacquiao at 140..where is Pacquiao is the ring champ..and which is also his weightclass if he wants to fight Pacquiao?

Where is the greatness in beating Pacquiao at WW?
Im sorry but I dont call boxers *******.

Even if Cotto beats Pacquiao he wont be p4p #1 by most of the p4p list. I dont know what else would he has to do?
Maybe fight Marquez or Mosley, or even Mayweather
but it brings him a hell of a paycheck to beat the p4p king.
Like I dont blame Pacquiao or Mayweather fighting De La Hoya.
The guy brings money to the table.

I did not see that anywhere.
Pacquiao on June 14 told Arum to make the fight.
Cotto said he would not go down under 145.
but if you are indeed going to campaign at welterweight for a fight don't you think it's more of a challenge to fight a true legitimate welterweight than a blown up lightweight?

Pacquiao gave Arum the order to get the Cotto fight made. The two discussed the fight in New York during Pacquiao's recent trip to the East Coast. Pacquiao attended the Boxing Writers Awards Dinner last Friday and sat ringside the following night for Cotto's win over Clottey in Madison Square Garden. Arum sat down with Pacquiao at his hotel to discuss a Cotto encounter.

"[Manny] gave me the green light to try to reach an agreement with Miguel. So it's ideal that by the end of this week we could make all of the details. Both boxers are part of Top Rank and my interest is making money, "Arum said

If Pacquiao wanted the fight at 140 he would of tell Cotto. Pacquiao wants his 7th title

this is fine and all but, that still doesnt change the fact that Pacquiao is not a Welterweight.. and cotto is...

and the fans want to see him fight Williams, berto, mosley, clottey...
                  you know Welterweights...

Thats why I say what does a win over pacquiao at WW really mean..
