A lightweight who moves up but is unable to have success in the higher division because of the weight gain.

      Womp womp.

So why would you say "Wladimir Klitschko is a blown up lightweight"

Don't think too hard, some things will go over your head. A better question is, using that definition, what's Ricky Hatton? Pacquiao? Go for it...without referring to some old prose you pre-wrote, of course.

Another fun fact, that teh Copy/Paste man forgot is that, when Floyd fought hatton he was teh favorite to win, Cotto is the underdog and a big one, according to most experts!!!!

Historically, it would be a great win.
Perhaps, for the next few years people would quibble about a smaller guy moving up, but you'll notice throughout history, the name rather than the weight division, tends to improve a fighter's legacy greatly.

Maybe that's because Hatton couldn't even touch Pacquiao's bootstraps. Well actually he could've from the mat...

-Aaron Pryor beating Arguello is not a great win

-Carlos Monzon beating Jose Napoles is not a great win

-Max Schmelling beating Mickey Walker is not a great win

-Tommy Hearns beating Duran is not a great win

-Salvador Sanchez beating Wilfredo Benitez is not a great win

-Pernell Whitaker beating Azumah Nelson is not a great win
