Why does the americans constantly fail to give the Klitscho's the props they deserve?

I dare to say, had they been slick loud mouthed black fighters they would have been considered top 5 ATG heavyweights. The americans always underrate the Klitscho's. Lewis was a boring guy who used his jab and long reach yet he is considered top 10 ATG HW. Had it not been for that bull**** cut Vitali would have exposed him.

I am American and like Wlad. But I would think that if the others don't like him its because we had fighters like Foreman, Tyson, Fraizier, Ali, Louis, Holyfield, I could go on forever, and they are all very exciting wiling to take punches and give them back. Wlad moslty throws jabs and does not seem to want to be hit at all. He is completely different than American heavyweights. That would be my guess.

But it's very common to see this smart fighting even among american boxers. You call this ''the sweet science'' to me the sweet science is to hit the other guy without him being able to hit you. Or to knock him out. Mayweather, Pernell, DLH, Hopkins are all fighters who can/could master this and they get props. This is double standard.

The best fighter is not the one who talk the loudest. and technical good fighters don't have to show they have heart because they outsmart the other guy. Wlad is a very good example of this.

Is it just me or is the shot that did the most damage by Brewster delivered after the bell sounded? And why does a ref stop a fight inbetween rounds when the guy beats the count, and now has a minute to recover?
