Why does the americans constantly fail to give the Klitscho's the props they deserve?

I dare to say, had they been slick loud mouthed black fighters they would have been considered top 5 ATG heavyweights. The americans always underrate the Klitscho's. Lewis was a boring guy who used his jab and long reach yet he is considered top 10 ATG HW. Had it not been for that bull**** cut Vitali would have exposed him.

At many points in HW history has the division been a weak one. It was weak during the Holmes era and it was weak during the early tyson era. My opinion on this matter is that you americans go by what you think looks ''cool'' and you buy into hype. And when a top european fighter shows you that some of your fighters was all talk you call them euro-bums. Why not give the fighter the props they so deserve..!? Judge the fighter by what they actually do and not by how much they can talk.

I used to be wary of Wlad, but always liked Vitali.

Over the past few years though, my respect of Wlad's abilities have increased 10 fold. He is a complete fighter now and I already have him a top 15 all time heavyweight. People will argue that his opposition was weak etc. Yes some of it was weak, but much of Holmes opposition was weak also.

Vitali has not been able to get over that heap yet, but if he beats Arreola and a couple others in grand fashion, he will deserve his spot also even with his long layoff.

Both of them are largely overlooked because they are not American. If you watch Wlad fight right now though, and watch what he does in those fights, you will have a hard time thinking of all time fighters who could get in there and beat him. It would be a very short list.

Vitali is very good, but injury ridden and people dont forgive him for quitting on his stool. The lewis fight doent count since lewis was fat and shot.

Wlad is also good but has been exposed as having a very bad jaw.

Neither one has fought much hard opposition but thats the fault of the h/w landscape and not their fault.


Vitali in my mind is an atg, in ability but not achievements.

Wlad idk, i think had he fought everyone on lewis career he would have at least 5 losses. baring in mind im not saying he would be prime that whole time, and if he was fighting guys like mercer at the time he was getting ko'd, bad news.
