I think you completely missed what I said. I, V. Webb look as him as hero by his drive and determination to achieve a SPECIFIC goal.

I'm witcha there VW! The same work ethic that he uses to perfect his craft I model my approach to medical school after that. Hard work and dedication with a relentless will 2 be the best. For some of us in this world thats what it takes to actually be the best, and not just being called the best. And so far in my life that approach has worked.

He is a hero from the standpoint of starting with nothing and making it to the top. For having a dream and sticking to it he should also be applauded. As for his public persona it is less than admirable imo.
