defense wise, yes floyd is better. but floyd is a better fighter? pernell will fight anyone while floyd picks a lightweight and make him go up 2 divisions. and by the way, ive been waiting for you to scrap pacs resume on one thread i created and you havent done it. why?

Actually IMO defense wise its debatable...neither man took much punishment(well until Pernell was washed up)...I think Pernell's said he wasn't taught that...while Floyd learned and mastered what he knows

Scrap Pac's resume? Pac has a better resume than Floyd but I wouldn't put him as high as some of his fans do...

ok good post. maybe we can have a good conversation afterall. ok, when it comes to defense, the reason why i think floyds is better is because of his shoulder roll. his shoulder roll is second to none and a masterpiece. pernell has good defense with his in and out movement but someone doing shoulder roll as good as floyd makes him better in the speed department imo

and floyd fighting jmm makes a difference between him and pernell as a fighter. cause pernell wont pick someone whos 2 divisions lower than his weight class. remember, were talking about the better FIGHTER not whos more SKILLED

what does floyd being a 5 division do with my reply? i said pernell is a better fighter cause he will fight anyone and floyd is a welterweight and wants to fight a lightweight making him move up 2 divisions. thats the reason why i think that pernell is better fighter
