Hatton is right to some degree. There's just too much politics in boxing. I mean, I've been a mma fan for a long time now--and I couldn't recall a match where negotiations as being a nail in the coffin, it's either fighters accepted the terms or they didn't. That simple.

Okay I'll tell you what is ruining boxing to a degree is....
Hatton!

Billed as Fight of the year so early on, Hatton promised alot, he didn't deliver after all the hype, we know what this involves.... selling your house and making a fortune by betting on him ect...
So he goes in like an amatuer (Ignoring Floyd Sr instructions due to bitterness towards him) & gets his head knocked off after 2 rounds, thanks Hugman now please go back to obscurity.

Imagine a fan of Hatton.
Owe look he's facing Manny Pacquiao to become the self-proclaimed P4P#1, gotta go to Vegas with the lads and see this, it'll be awesome, He says he'll do it this time.
£3,000, 6 minutes later ... what was that? This is the last time I'm coming so far out to support a boxer ever again, so disappointing I feel sick to my stomach, at least Vegas was nice.

Just an example, times x 10,000 fans.
