People treating this fight like Pacquiao vs. De la hoya
    "All it is a mismatch"
    "this fight is a circus"
    "Nobody will watch this fight"

    Result:
    "1.2 Million Homes"

When Marquez vs. Mayweather does great numbers, I wonder what the excuses will be... Or maybe Mayweather should pull a bob arum and block the p.p.v numbers to be officially release to public.

Anyway it goes this fight is beating UFC 103 and going to do better than
    Pacquiao vs. Marquez

Which would mean that Mayweather has done better than Pacquiao when face against the common opponent.

All Mayweather has to do now is beat JMM...

Just for ****s and giggles Horus, wanna bet all your points that Pac/Cotto does better than Floyd/JMM? I'll give you 2 to 1 odds since you're so confident that this fight will do better. Are we good?

Where are the haters that said this fight could not sell.
That`s good. Then we can finally watch something good and get it over with a month from now.

What does Pacquiao vs. cotto has to do with Mayweather vs. JMM...
Mayweather has never faced cotto. So how can you compare the two?

For **** and giggles do you want to bet all your points that Floyd vs. Jmm does better than Pacquiao vs. JMM?

          Floyd vs. Oscar
          Pac vs. Oscar
          Floyd Wins

          Floyd vs. Hatton
          Pacquiao vs. Hatton
          Floyd wins

          Floyd vs. JMM
          Pac vs. JMM
          Floyd will Win

So what does that tell you..?

Do you want to bet against another common opponent Mayweather will do better than Pacquiao...?

A lot of things have changed since then. Pacman and Marquez wasn't that big back then. Marquez' stature in the eyes of casual fans has grew, I don't know by how much, but I'm pretty sure it is much better now than it was 3 or 4 years ago. Although JMM and Floyd are much bigger now than Pacquiao and Marquez when they fought the 2nd time, that fight still did pretty good (around 450k buys). The economy that we're in right now might hurt your expectations for the Floyd/JJM fight, and 450K buys might be too much to ask for that fight.

I'll bet 1M for ****s and giggles, are we good?

                  You making excuses....

Hatton wasnt a big star in America when Mayweather fought him.
But when Pacquiao fought Hatton.. America Already knew who he was from the floyd fight and 24/7. in short Hatton brought
more to the table in the pacquiao fight than he did in the Mayweather fight..

and Pacquiao still didnt outsell Mayweather...

                  Once again

if thats true, then ticket sales really sucks. just to remind you, its august now and the fight was already moved from july to september. if people are really interested in this fight, it wont take a month for tickets to sell out

Like I said, I'm willing to bet 1M that Floyd/JMM won't top the 450K buys of Pac/JMM II. It's hard to find common opponents from hereon in, because you and I know Floyd is allergic to real welterweights. So enough of this bs talk. Are we good for 1 million? Less than 450K buys you lose?
